An on-call period guarantees I’m there for you whenever you need during labor and delivery. Following the birth, I offer 1 postpartum visit to provide continued nurturing and guidance. Plus, enjoy access to a range of goodies, including the hiring of TENS machine, rebozos, and birth slings, as well as nourishing treats and teas. Additional postpartum support can be easily booked to extend the care and assistance you receive.

During the crucial early weeks after birth, choose between 4 or 6 postpartum visits, where you’ll receive my nurturing care and guidance (opt to add a meal package to your service for more convenience).

My support begins with a postpartum planning session, ensuring your preferences and desires are acknowledged across all aspects of postpartum care. We walk through valuable postpartum education such as healing, hormones, and newborn care. 

You’ll also receive a postpartum massage, personalised essential oil blend, vaginal steaming and belly binding, and nourishing meals, snacks and herbal goodies.

As you approach your due date, this service is designed to support you in preparing for childbirth. From 37 weeks onwards, I’ll employ a range of effective techniques including moxa, cupping, acupressure, and vaginal steaming to help achieve optimal maternal positioning and promote relaxation.

Postpartum Massage

Experience my gentle and effective C-section scar release therapy, designed to promote healing and restore comfort. My approach targets adhesions around the scar, diaphragm, abdominal wall, and ribs, utilising techniques such as moxibustion and cupping. The goal is to enhance circulation, alleviate adhesions, and minimise discomfort, so that you feel more comfortable and at ease in your body.
These sessions are your lifeline during the highs and lows of pregnancy and early motherhood. Experience the ancient art of Belly Binding, a nurturing practice designed to support postpartum recovery and healing. Using traditional wraps from Ibu Ayurveda, I gently bind the abdomen to provide gentle compression and support, which promotes the restoration of abdominal muscles and organs to their pre-pregnancy position. This time-honoured technique encourages the body’s natural healing process, alleviates discomfort, and fosters a sense of grounding and containment during the postpartum period. 

This three hour workshop is designed to equip Dads with the knowledge and skills to support Mum during labor and childbirth. We’ll explore the various stages of labor and principles of physiological birth, including options such as induction and C-section.

Learn practical tools such as acupressure for late pregnancy and birth support, as well as how to use moxibustion and rebozo techniques. We’ll also cover general massage techniques for providing comfort, relaxation, and a sense of love and support for the birthing mother. You will feel confident to play an active role in this beautiful journey into parenthood.
